With a background in design and communications, Suzanna’s keen eye for detail and deep passion for community engagement play a pivotal role in shaping the vision of the High Line Canal. Raised in Maryland, and a graduate of Duke University, she has applied her expertise in urban environments across San Francisco, Brazil, and Denver, focusing on creating inclusive and sustainable spaces.

As Chief Programs and Impact Officer, Suzanna leads efforts to authentically engage with community members and foster meaningful partnerships that support the revitalization of the 71-mile greenway. Her leadership is dedicated to shaping welcoming public spaces and enhancing the Canal’s role as a vital community resource through collaborative storytelling and a shared vision for its future.

Suzanna loves exploring Colorado’s outdoors (including the Canal!) with her husband, two kids, and pup.
